We loved the friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable beds and the spacious rooms. Additionally, the hotel's Italian restaurant served delicious pizza and catered to our dietary needs. Breakfast had a decent variety and offered oat milk as a vegan alternative.
Nothing to dislike.

The view was excellent with a clear view of the castle, balcony included. Walking distance to both castles and nearby towns. Restaurant in place with good dinner options like spatzle and pizza. Spacious room and good breakfast.

The hotel is located in an ideal spot with easy access to the Achensee area and nearby mountains. the Italian restaurant at the hotel has some great options, and the breakfast spread is impressive. the friendly and welcoming staff are always ready to help with anything you need.
The thin walls meant that we could hear noise from the hallway and outside.

Great Italian pizza, very reasonable price, comfy beds, and friendly staff. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby mountains and beautiful landscapes.
Finding the entrance was difficult, and the shower was a bit awkward to get into. , the noise from the busy road outside can be bothersome if you're used to a quiet night's sleep.

Good service from the employees and they were very helpful in answering our questions. Conveniently located near the main road with public transport options nearby. A restaurant within the establishment was a nice touch, with delicious and affordable food options.
The room seemed worn-out and cramped. Breakfast wasn't great with limited options, and it wasn't clear which items were vegetarian or vegan-friendly.
